IDBI ATM - Problem Contd

Last Tuesday(19-Sep-2006) I went to IDBI bank hoping to collect my  ATM/Debit card, at the reception I was given a form to fill to get the new ATM/Debit Card I was surprised and I came to know from receptionist that once Card is strucked in ATM, ATM Card will be shipped to mumbai. I don't understand why they do this. I can't take money for next  few days through the ATM as I have wait for the new ATM Card.

I am waiting to close my account with IDBI.What a poor response and service from the bank.
